Antec veris EZ strange behavior

I have noticed that in some instances Antec veris EZ continously sends character 6 until the device is unplugged. The device is plugged back in the USB port and performs normally.

I have also experienced that the "Enter" button is continously pressed, but this was fixed by the previous version.

Please check the followings and let me know it.
1. Does it happen even when you directly aim the remote at the receiver of iMON Mini.
2. Are you other remote in the same place?
3. does it start to type “6” right after pressing the button on the remote?

thank you for your reply.

I'm sorry, but I haven't really noticed a pattern with it. It just starts to send a 6 character at some point. I have to unplug the USB receiver and then reinsert which solves the situation.

Yes I do have other remotes (TV and STB)
