Hi all,

I have a Thermaltake DH101 and the display is not working.
I get a blue backlight but nothing else. The buttons on the case work fine and the remote is also fine.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a driver issue, have you installed the correct imon software- try fiddling with the frontview settings.

hope this helps

I installed the driver on the Thermaltake website (7.20 build 0502). Is that the correct one? Also tried fiddling with the settings but no luck yet.

Try the downloads from this site.

I have has this happen to me as well- mostly when I unplug the usb while the pc is running. Try unpluging with the PC on then turning off, plugging back in and booting- that often triggers the software.

The fact that the light is on implies that power is arriving at the device ( a good thing)

Dear graham999au,

In order to figure out this problem, we need more information.
Please let me know the following issue and FW version.
You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
1. If you disconnect and connect AC power cable, does it still happen?
2. If you close and run iMON again, does it start to work?
3. After it happens, if you restart your system, does it start to work?
4. What kind of OS do you use?

Sounds like I have the same Problem.
The Display lights up, but shows nothing.
OS tried is Windows7 RC and Windows XP Media Center Edition.
Imon is Version 7.20 somewhat Thermaltake Edition.
When I close Imon the display goes dark. That's the only thing the display does as it's configured.
Point 1-3 did not bring any changes to the display.
The remote control works absolutely fine.
I have tried to get a newer version of the software but automatic update did not work and the download folder of this homepage is empty. So how can I update?

Cheers,

Grashnak

Dear Grashnak,

If you’re not using the latest version (7.64.0930), please try again after update.
The following link is the installation version. After install, if you run iMON, you can update iMON/iMEDIAN HD to the latest version.

iMON Firmware is Ver x380208
iMON Manager is now 7.60.0521 but it does not look like he is updating automatically, UAC is on so it should ask me for admin rights...

Dear All,

[Release Target] Nov.23, 2009
(5) [Bug Fix] iMON sometimes fails to initialize VFD/LCD. (LCD turns on only back light, VFD displays off state clock.)

We added this issue to our “To Do List”.
It will be fixed in the future update.
Please wait for a while.
