After a recent re-installation my network library finally started to recognize my media server folders and I was able to remove all my network drives from my media PC. Previously, I had had to have my network drives mapped and then their content would show up as Local Library. At long last everything was working as advertised:D. A few weeks ago I deleted some music and a few movies, so I selected Settings/Media Library/Network Library/library Management/Rescan and selected for it to rescan the movies and nothing happened, no changes, no scan, the same with music. So I tried Reset All Network Library and it removed all network files from the media menu. Now when I click on Settings/Media Library/Network Library/library Management/Rescan it says No Network Library again...

I verified that the server is in the same workgroup as the media PC and all files and folders are available on the media PC via the file manager, My Network Places and via the web browser. I have removed and reinstalled IMEDIAN/IMON 7.85.0222 with no change I have rebooted the Media PC, The Media Server and my router/lan several times. I am running Win XP pro SP3.

OK... here's the situation. There needs to be a manual!! and the GUI needs to be cleaned up.

Apparently searching for network media from Settings/Media Library/Network Library/library Management/ does not work (why?) Apparently you need to go to Network Media/ and browse for the media location and scan from there. I seriously suggest removing the non-functional feature at: Settings/Media Library/Network Library/library Management/ to reduce confusion.
