Help getting remote to work again

Hi guys, how's it going? I recently finished building my first HTPC. I bought an Antec Fusion Max Case, and it came with a pretty neat remote (RM200). The remote worked right out of the box, but then when I installed the software that came with the case (the iMon/iMedia deal) the remote completely stopped working. It made the LCD screen work, but stopped making the remote work.
Any help? I don't know what specs on my computer you need. Running an ASRock P55 mother board and Windows 7 64 bit OS. Thanks!

First of all, please install the latest version from the link below.

And please check if iMON Pad remote is selected and try to reset remote mapping with clicking “Reset” button in iMON Manager>Settings>Remote Controller
