Remote powering on the system won't continuily work

Hi,

I just got an antec basic and the system will not always power on by remote correctly. If I unhook the system from the wall for over 10 seconds it'll work everytime when I plug it back in, but if the systems had power for more than about 30 minutes (either powered on are off), the system will not reliably power on by the remote (it'll usually take 3-4 tries to get it to work)! Do you guys have any idea why I might be seeing this behavior?

In order to solve this problem, we need more information about it. Please let me know the followings.
1. With power button on the case, can you always turn on your system?
2. When you can’t turn on the system with the remote, if you press the remote power button several times, does it work?
3. After AC reset, does it always work?
4. When you connect AC power for 30 minutes and PC is on, does the remote work without any problem?
5. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
