External USB not visbile or activ in iMedian HD

Hello,

i have update my imon SW from 7.40 to 7.63... After Installation start iMedianHD. Navigate to External Media. Here see the 2nd HDD Drive partition as external media, but not the USB HDD Drive. The HDD is plugged on always. In the Version 7.40 the external HDD visible and activ in Menu External Media. It is a bug or fault? It is not acceptable for me. I have deinstall the current version and installed new. The fault is same.. I have no idee we check the USB HDD into iMedianHD.....A other problem is, iMedianHD can not see Divx Movies...A current Divx codec are installed. I load a Divx Movie over CD/DVD Drive. iMedianHD show me the Folder, but the contenst of the Folder was not visible.. Pls give me a Hint wat is wrong by me? My last idea is downgrad to SW 7.40...:-(

Dear mobile,

(1) [Bug Fix] The internal SATA HDD is recognized as external HDD in iMEDIAN HD.In the previous version, iMEDIAN HD detected newly added HDD as an External Media.
And it was fixed with iMON/iMEDIAN HD 7.62.0721 update.
Currently iMEDIAN HD detects HDD connected with USB or 1394 as an External Media and other HDD as an Internal Media.

If it not connected with USB or 1394, you should use it in Internal Media.
There is 2 ways to use Internal Media.
(1) Use Media Library
- Add folders that media files exist in Settings>Media Library>Internal Library>Scan Option>Music/Videos/Pictures Scan Folder.
- Rescan Media Library.
(2) Use Media Explorer
- Select “Media Explorer” in Settings>Media Library>Internal Library>Library View.
- Select Music, Videos, or Pictures in Main Page and navigate to HDD.


A other problem is, iMedianHD cannot see Divx Movies...A current Divx codec are installed. I load a Divx Movie over CD/DVD Drive. iMedianHD show me the Folder, but the contenst of the Folder was not visible.. Pls give me a Hint wat is wrong by me?When navigating CD/DVD with Media Explorer, if you selected Music or Pictures, iMEDIAN HD will not display Divx files.
You should select Videos. Please check it again.
