Remote case cooler master media 260 problem

I buy case Rc-260, but my remote can't use buton up down left right, I changed mode keyboard and mouse in remote, in mode mouse mouse move very very slow . Any button is ok, only control pad have problem. I changed baterry, update imon software ...
Help me pls, thanks all

Dear thusinh22,

Please press every rounded corner of PAD button several times with enough strength.
It will make PAD button work more smoothly.
And try again with adjusting “Pointer Speed” in iMON Manager>Settings>Speed.

I press very strong to Pad button many many times but not effect :mad: , “Pointer Speed” maximum but mouse move very slow. I setup imon in CD original or download on internet same problem, I changed windows vista, xp or mainboard ... still error

I think there is a problem on iMON PAD remote itself.
Please contact with Cooler Master and request te replacement of the remote.
