- If iMON & iMEDIAN is compatible with Windows 7 64Bit?
- If iMON and iMEDIAN can be controlled over RS232? If so, are the codes available?
- If it can not be controlled via RS232, then he wants to know if IR codes are available so that he can program it for his Philips Pronto TSU9400?
- If iMON & iMEDIAN in the future will support iso files? because he makes an image file from blurays and DVDs. Therefore, it would be easier for him if they would directly support.

1. Yes, we already support it.
2. no, we did not have RS-232 port or control by RS-232
3. iMON PAD remote use own code and ours new firmware can be learn others remote control so don't need ours code.
4. yesm we have plan to do it. Please check there and If we have schedule for it. we will post at there.
