Problems with Silverstone CW02 + Knob

Hello,
I have a brandnew Silverstone CW02 Case.
I installed the newest Imon (7.63... i think) and the older down to this Version delivered by Silverstone Homepage.
Now i have a Problem...
The 2 Knobs (Volume and Function) on the Case have no correct function.
When i Press them, nothing happens, when i rotate, for example, volume, then it mutes suddenly, unmutes suddenly and sometimes the Window with Frontview comes up, but can't change anything.
So i rotate the knob, the input seems to be very jumpy...
Problems in 32bit and 64bit Vista on different PC.

Remote Control works.
That ****s, what could i do`?

Has anyone figured out what causes this problem? Are some of the factory installed cables hooked up backwards maybe? Any solutions from Soundgraph? Johhny H.? Anyone listening?
