IMON Manager ver 7.62.0721 (ANTEC)If that means it's originally from a CDROM (rather than the soundgraph website). I recall reading on this forum somewhere that *at least one OEM version of iMon* (and I can't recall which brand it was) deliberately prevents the software from liveupdating so it'd be worth searching through recent posts (within the last month or so) to find the solution. It involved replacing a simple registry entry to do with the Soundgraph software. Maybe one of the mods may come in and give you the answer before you find it. That's assuming (of course) that the version/updates tab in iMon manager isn't set to don't check update info which I assume was the first thing you looked at.

Hi,
Automatic updates are set in the IMON Manager. The last update I received via the automatic update function.

Hi,
Automatic updates are set in the IMON Manager. The last update I received via the automatic update function. But that's not working now so you need to consider it may have reverted to Antec default mode and that may be something to do with why it's not updated. The update worked perfectly for me on 'only inform update' so you could also give that a try! Have a search for the registry key fix and give that a try as well.

Dear andreas2l,

ANTEC OEM version also can be updated via Auto Update.
I think if you set “Update Automatically” and you don’t have any network problem, iMON/iMEDIAN HD should be updated to 7.63.0831.

After iMON starts, check if “iMONAUDnldMng.exe”, “iMONAUCpyMng.exe” or “iMONAuMng.exe” is running in Task Manager.
Please let us know the result and “Net” value in “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SOUNDGRAPH\iMON”.

Hi,
None of the 3 processes "iMONAUDnldMng.exe", "iMONAUCpyMng.exe" or "iMONAuMng.exe" running in Task Manager.
The "Net" value in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Soundgraph \ iMON" does not exist.
Only iMon.exe is running.

After Restart IMON Manager Update works, Thank You

After Restart IMON Manager Update worksEach time my version of iMon has live updated, it's been after a restart (even though the update itself would have been on Soundgraphs servers well before the pc was restarted). I think a restart must be *required* for any liveupdating to occur and perhaps the software doesn't poll the server for valid updates except on start-up/boot? Moral of the story for all of us - try a restart before going off and checking anything else first :o
