Problem with iMon Knob and Win7x64

at first i'd like to aplogize if this has been posted somewhere but i wasn't been able to find it.


Ok, i have win7 x64 and M-Audio audiophille firewire sound card and i cannot select it in imon manager.
Drivers for knob are working fine becauce when i rotate it it works fine (manager detects it movements).

Is there any patch for it, many thanks in advance, vlad

Dear vlad,

I think soundcard driver is not installed completely.
iMON is listing soundcard devices in iMON Manager after getting information from Windows.
Please update soundcard driver to the latest version at manufacturer’s web site and try again.
In many case, this kind of problem was solved with soundcard driver update.

Dear vlad,

Please check your soundcard driver at Windows 7. M Audio product maybe some kind of audio card not just simple sound card. These kind of Audio card does not follow up the Windows standard and some of API that we are using to control the volume and etc of soundcard does not work.
