Curious about this one.. I notice when I do not launch the imon utility or close it, most Media Center remote commands to not work. Direction pad works fine but basic functions like mute, volume and "i" buttons do it. It seems the IR receiver built into the VFD310 needs to the Imon software to run for these commands to work? Why is that the case?
