Hi -

i have an iMon Inside in an HTPC case, and after the last update now I get "H/W Is disconnected" and the yellow iMon circle on in its icon. Also, device manager says "code 10. Device has been stopped" and says Windows had trouble installing the drivers. Device problem ID says "0000002B"

I have a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit O/S - everything was working perfectly until the Feb 22 update
firmware: 0xffffff
AMD X2 64 5400+ proc
4GB dram
Jetway M64GT board

I have done the following as troubleshooting steps:
1) checked hardware connection - USB connection is still there, I have tried connecting to an external USB port, does not work.

I have tried connecting other USB devices to the same port and they are working, so this is not a bad USB port.

2) have uninstalled iMon AND USB drivers
completely removed iMon device and uninstalled iMon files from "Add/remove programs"
also removed all references to soundgraph and iMon in registry
also deleted all relevant .dlls using the instructions on this forum

also deleted all USB devices from device manager and restarted computer

3) installed alternate remote control infrared reader and checked remote control - this is working, so I know remote control is not the issue. also replaced the batteries

4) ensured that driver being used is the one found in \soundgraph\drivers\64bit so it is using the appropriate 64 bit driver.

I don't know what else to try! Could my hardware have failed? this would be terrible, as I've only owned this iMon Inside for a few months.

Please, I hope you have some better suggestions or a test build I can try.
