View Full Version : Antec Fusion LCD Dead

We recently purchased an Antec Fusion (Silver) for a HTPC we were building. Up to a couple days ago, the LCD was working fine, but suddenly the other day, it went black. Ever since then, we have not been able to get it to work. I tried unplugging it from the USB header and plugging it back in (into the same header, and a different one), which was unsuccessful. I also tried plugging it directly into an external USB port. The software recognizes that the LCD is plugged in (it changes colors when its unplugged/plugged in) but we get no text on the display, nor any icons. The remote receiver works fine however. Reinstalling the software didn't help, nor does the LCD show up in the device manager, so I can't reinstall the driver.

We really don't want to have to take the whole PC apart and send the case back (we already had to RMA our motherboard, and its a long process). Is there any way we can get a replacement LCD from you guys? Or does anyone have any suggestions on things we can try past this point? To me it seems like a hardware issue, but I may be wrong.

Thanks,

Dan

Dear customer,

It is little bit difficult for us to take RMA of yours. The right procedure is you need to return to Antec and they send the product to us.

The other way you can try is that you can use our online shop we will open at the middle of this month. But this is not a RMA but buying new LCD module.

Thanks a lot...
