Remote don't work

I have a SilverStone Mediacenter, with af iMon Remote and display.
I run Windows 7 64-bit. I have installed the newest version of the software (iMON_7_85_0222), but there is no contact with the remote. The display works fine, but in the settings section the remote (iMON PAD) is "ghostet".
Any one who knows what to do?

Dear Mads,

It seems that you’re using the old model supporting only iMON Pad remote. It can’t work with MCE remote. Please try to reset the remote mapping with “Reset” button. And change the battery with new one after removing the battery and waiting 2~3 minutes.

If the problem continues, let me know if you can turn on your system with the remote and what is displayed when you press volume up button.

I'm using the iMON Pad, new batterys, wating 2-3 minuts, but no contact. I can't turn on (or off) the computer and nothing happens when I press the volume up button. The display works fine, withe systeminfo, news, time and date and so on. It worked perfect until upgrading my computer to windows 7 64-bit.
