Hi,
I have Silverstone 10M case and with Win XP, Win7 32 I'm ok, but with Win7 64 somehow I can not install drivers. I try all versions since original disc that came with case no chance.
Can somebody help me with advice how I can install drivers. In device manager I have unknown device for IMON.
Thanks in advance.

Dear gongorongo,
Please try again with “driver_x64” in the installation file and try to connect iMON HW to other USB ports including the external ports. And if possible, update main board BIOS and USB related drivers.

Thanks for reply.
What i receive when i try to install is WINDOWS CAN NOT FIND DRIVER FOR THIS DEVICE. I connect IMON to all available ports without any success and actually i use drivers from driver-x64.
On this port that IMON is connected I can successfully install drivers for XP and WIN7 32bit. Is it possible my IMON to be very old and incompatible with latest drivers for WIN7 64? Drivers for USB are latest that I can find on GIGABYTE site.

Dear gongorongo,
It seems that you’re using the old model but it supports Windows 7 64 bit also. Currently lots of users are using iMON in this OS. If it doesn’t work, it may have HW problem. If possible, please connect it to other system and check if it works properly.

Dear Johnny Hur,
My problem is that I can not install drivers in Windows 7 ultimate 64. Same computer without any hardware changes it works with Windows XP and Windows 7 ultimate 32. I have not Vista to try but can not understand why IMON is shown as unknown device when I try 64 bit Windows 7. If I try to install drivers I receive error that windows can not find drivers for this device(I use 64 drivers from IMON software)
Regards Gongorongo
P.S. Are drivers for IMON signed for Windows 7

Dear gongorongo,
Although 64bit driver for old model is not the WHQL certified driver, lots of users are using iMON in 64bit OS as I said before. Please try to install driver directly with iMON_x64.inf file.
If possible, please connect it in 32bit OS and let me know FW version. Only when the driver works properly, you can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
