display not workin

Hi

my Vfd display is not working. it shows the same clock time all the time since i started my computer two days ago, and doesnt show any info from imon or any other application, but the remote control works

i restarted the pc several times and reinstalled the imon software with no positive results

i have the microfusion 350 antec box and vista and the latest imon version

Dear plutonio,

First of all, please try again after AC reset. (Disconnect and connect power cable to your system)
If the problem continues, please check the following things and let us know.
1. “Run FrontView When iMON Starts” option value in iMON Manager>iMON Utilities>FrontView>Common tab.
2. FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

i did ac reset 3 days ago and vfd display is working ok, but now i have one column off. display show all information but there are one column in the lcd matrix not working

answer 1 is "AUTO"

answer 2 is "0x380102"

Dear plutonio,

Please try AC reset again.
If one column is still not working after AC reset, please contact with ANTEC and request the replacement.

And FW version 0x380102 is LCD HID OEM model. Please don’t confuse with VFD.
