Change default clock-style when PC is turned off.

When the computer is turned on and iMON is running it is possible to change how the clock is displayed on the front of my Silverstone LC16B-MR.

But is it possible to change it so that it will keep that clock-style once the PC has been turned off?
I live in Denmark, Europe where our date is shown like this:

23:59:59

And not the other way around with AM/PM.

Regret to say, there is no way to change clock style.
In order to change clock style, FW should be changed.
But iMON don’t have FW update feature.
