I have an Antec Fusion remote max and RM200 remote, and windows Vista 32bit,Mobo. MSI P7N sli Platinum.
I have tried just about everything I have read, in two full days, to get the remote working and I can only use it to turn ON/OFF the PC.
Are there any known compatibility issues between IMON and Vista Service Pack 2?
The iMON on desktop indicator's color is blue.
Check USB connection of iMON HW and connect to other internal or external USB port.-------Done, the same.
Device Manager in the attached pictures.
Thank you.

Shouldnt you have "SG Remote Control Device" in USB Device controllers? I have it though (WinXP)! Not sure you need it, but think so. Suggest you do some searches on it.
Edit: No, sorry this seems to be only for WinXP, Win98, Win2000, Win NT4.
Dont have vista installed...cant help you.

Some questions to get additional info:
1. Have the remote been working before?
2. If not 1, what remote controller is choosen in settings? Its important the right one is choosen.
3. If not 1, have you mapped applications with remotecontrol buttons
4. If you have done 2 and 3 right, what happens with iMON indicator when pressing a remotebutton and the mapped up application active and running? Does it register the command?

Ok, and the other windows commands besides the power management command power off do not work?
When you power off then the indicator reacts?
What iMON version do you run and is it preinstalled?

What im trying to establish is if you can find any unknown device or SG Remote Control Device under Universal Serial Bus Controller in WinXP device manager. If so and if not you could have issues with the USB connection. Never used Vista so i cant help you there. The fact your on screen iMON indicator (not the one on the remote) doesnt move and register the command when power off (the only thing that works with your remote) makes me believe there is some issue with the USB connection...checking the cableconnection internaly (trying with an externaly usbconnection) maybe could solve the issue. This cable should be wired from the iMON reciever to an internal usb connector on the motherboard. The USB interface manages the communication between iMON IR-reciever and the iMON software...hence the fact you dont have any reaction on the onscreen imon indicator. The reason only the power off/on function works is it is not dependant of the USB connection between IR-reciever and Imon manager. Power off/on is wired differently and straight to motherboard and powercable with its own cables. Every other function is dependant on the usb communication between imon IR reciever and Imon manager.
I had a similar problem some year ago and solved it by reverting back to an older iMON Manager version myself. Maybe it can be that easy for you as well, but probably not cuz you have this issue on every OS you had installed. Everything points agaist bad usbconnection and if you cant find the problem maybe the best thing would be taking this issue to Antec and request a RMA.
There is also quite many issues with this case right now so there is without a doubt something fishy going on.

I changed the motherboard MSI P7N SLI Platinum with Gigabyte P35-DS3L the same result. And tried everything possible and the second motherboard and look the same in device manager as the first mobo.Remote dont wants to work.
SG does not want to help me, I see that I did not pass by.

I can understand your frustration. My first iMON hardware kit didnt work 100% in my Zalman HD160XT Plus case. I couldnt power on/off with remote, but everything else worked. In my frustration, i didnt wanna go througha the RMA which would take for ever, i bought an iMON Inside and solve the issue that way. I have also seen LOTS of people at this forum having the same issues as you and me and the conclusion is Soundgraphs stuff seem to suffer from quality issues or are manhandled by Antec, Zalman etc. staff when installing them in the cases. Dont know which is the right one, probably both.
In your case there may be some faulty circuits on the iMON circuit board. Please check REALLY close if you can see any metall residue beinging in the wrong place, shortcutting the circuits.
If you cant find anything there is no other action to do here, but to RMA it.
Soundgraph themselves will not help you with this, you could be sure of that.

Dear lazaroaieadrian,
From your post and screenshot, I think your iMON HW does not work properly, especially IR receiving element.
Please contact with ANTEC and request the replacement.
Actually we supply iMON HW module to our OEM customers and our customers mount it on their product.
Sometimes IR receiving element can be bent or cut during this mounting process.
You may check that the IR element works fine if you open the PC chassis and look into the iMON module in front of the chassis. If possible, take picture of it and send it to us. The IR element is placed on the right of VFD module.
And let us know if volume KNOB works fine as well.

Dear lazaroaieadrian...
It is a good news that your case does not have any problem. So your new remote control works okay in the Windows now? If you have any other issue, please let us know it...
We will close this thread if new remote control works fine...Thanks...
