I purchased this case on friday past, took delivery on saturday got it all built up and switched on with the hope it was going to be as easy as plug and play...However, this seems a little to simple.

Currently my RM200 remote only has ONE function, powering the case on and off. Ive installed all the drivers and updates avliable and still none of the other buttons work.

Any ideas on what im possibly missing and or not done properly?

I had the exact same problem. I couldn't select RM200 in the profile either as it wouldn't offer me that option.

Out of frustration I went back to basics and rechecked everything including the wiring to the front panel. Nothing appeared to be wrong but when I plugged back the Power connections to the LCD and re-booted my HTPC a pop up appeared from IMon with the option to select the profile for the RM200.

The remote worked fine once the correct profile was selected.

I hope this helps.

Dear f3nty,

Did you check the USB cable of iMON connected to USB port without problem?
If USB connection is incorrect, the firmware of iMON hardware detects it’s in off-state and the power button on remote works same as the power button on the case. In other words, only power on/off function work.

Please check the cable connection first.

Dear BigVern,

If iMON Manager pops up the option to select the profile, the driver is loaded correctly and it seems the USB cable connected correctly. However, if you could not select RM200 in the profile, please check that which remote controller is selected in the iMON Manager > Settings > Remote Controller.
If MCE remote is selected as remote controller, please try to change it to RM200. If this does not help you to solve the problem, please let us know the firmware version which can be gotten in iMON Manager > Option > Version/Update.

Thanks a lot,
