external drives not detected

can someone please help,i am using the
ANTEC PREMIER Veris with imon,and no matter what i do it will not detect my music/videos,they are all on usb external drives,not much use if i cannot add any of my media files,tried every way to scan but nothing detected,,please HELP,,,

Dear glennirish88,

For external HDD, you need to use 'External Media' menu. Is there no disk shown in 'External Media' menu?
