iMON worked properly in Vista Ultimate x64, but after upgrading to Win 7 Ultimate x64, any attempt to watch video with Media Center cause the system to freeze and a hard reboot is required. If I close iMON, media center 7 runs fine. I am using the MCE remote which is included with the HVR-2250 and the IR receiver on my Antec Fusion Remote Max case. The only beta software I'm using besides iMON are my sound card drivers which are for a Diamond Xtreme Sound 7.1. I'm using the optical audio output via the C-MEDIA beta drivers since Diamond has not released win7 drivers. I believe that I have upgraded to the latest iMON version. It seems that the crash may be occuring when the frontview context switch is attempted after starting a movie or selecting a tv station. Is this a known issue? If not, please let me know if there is more information I can provide in order for it to be reproduced and resolved.

I changed to open source sound drivers (http://code.google.com/p/cmediadrivers/), and my system no longer crashes each time I try to play video. There are still some issues such as the volume controls being too sensitive for the remote. I will wait until the official imon windows 7 release and report any issues which have not been resolved.

Dear Deckard,

Volume control issue when Media Center is running was fixed with last update.
Please check it again with the latest version.
And we’ll fix all problems related to Windows7 before the official release of Windows 7 and release the official version of iMON / iMEDIAN HD keeping pace with the official release of Windows 7.

The issue where volume controls do not function at all has been solved by the latest version, but the volume controls are now to sensitive such that one button press in media center moves the volume control more than 1 volume level unit.

Dear Deckard,

With 7.63.0831 version, we fixed volume control issue while Media Center is running.
When you keep pressing volume up/down button, iMON changes 1 step, waits some delay and starts to change volume rapidly.
And Media Center is internally using the different volume step.
Please compare the difference of volume control while Media Center is running or not.
And we’ll check it again in Windows7.

I wanted to follow up on this issue as I believe the volume button issue is now resolved in the latest iMON version. Thanks
