Problem with my imin rn200 win7 x64

Hello, I am telling you my problem. I have the imon RM200 and was functioning perfectly. Today, using MediaPortal, suddenly stopped working almost everything. My only work is the number keypad (1,2,3,4...). I Reintal version of October 2009 but did not get it to work the rest of keys.

If I put the cursor over the program I get the hardware is disconnected.
But if it worked perfectly before, what could have happened?

Strange, strange. This morning the computer was plugged in and the program does not detect the hardware, but the strangest thing is that all the keys worked. Once I restarted the computer, the program found further imon hardware, but still does not function keys (numeric keys function only)

Dear rado0786,

First of all, please try to check again after AC reset (Remove AC power, wait 1~2 minutes and connect AC power again). And connect iMON to other USB ports including the external USB ports.
