Hi,

My name is Nikolas and i am owner of a Moneual MonCaso 972. I use iMON/iMEDIAN at MS Vista without any problem. I try to upgrade at windows 7 and iMON stop working. Even if i press the iMON icon, it is not possible to make it works (at first time of installation - I have install it and uninstall it several times to make it works with no luck - i get a message about Microfost C++ runtime error from ). I would like to ask if you have any solution for that or if you can give me a direct link to iMON/iMEDIAN v7.62.0630 (whatever the latest version is) to test it, as iMON Autoupdate does not work anymore.

Thank very much for your software. It is one of the reason's that i buy the moneual.
I wait for your answer.

Nikolas

Dear Customer,

We are now trying to make a stable compatible version of iMON and iMEDIAN for Windows 7. Most issue happens due to the audio driver. In our test lab, we tried many different mainboards, graphic cards and audio cards.

We also get some feedback from end users that if they install the Windows 7 clearly (not update), it was okay. My suggestion is you check the newest driver versions of your devices first and then try again.

We will make a new installation version with Windows 7 compatibility in next month.

Thanks...

Hi,

Since i have made a "clear" installation of Windows 7 there is no problem with the most features of imon. Maybe something happen due to upgrading procedure. Nice to see a n update version of imon!
