Hello,

first of all i'd like to thank you for your efforts, products and the amazing support you offer to you users.

I'm using iMon Pad and VFD with a Thermaltake DH-101 HTPC Case and Windows 7 Media Center (and Vista Media Center) and have some requests :

- When watching Live TV the information about the program name is displayed but the two bars indicating the program duration and the actual playing position are blinking ( It works great with Videos and MP3s though ) : both VMC and 7MC

- When the audio is multichannel (Optical passthrough of Dolby Digital or DTS bitsream to the A/V receiver) the VFD is always displaying 2 channels audio (L and R channels only) : Could you fix this issue or add this feature so iMon VFD can reconize multi channel audio playing in Media Center and display the 6 channels?

- The information about the played video or audio stream is not dipslayed : The type of file or encoding (MP3, DIVX, MPEG, WAV ..etc.) is not displayed when using VMC or 7MC

Thank you.

Dear Skandy,

- When watching Live TV the information about the program name is displayed but the two bars indicating the program duration and the actual playing position are blinking ( It works great with Videos and MP3s though ) : both VMC and 7MC.
We’ll add this problem to our “To Do List” and fix it in the future update.

When iMEDIAN HD is running, iMON displays the audio setting of iMEDIAN HD.
Otherwise it displays the audio setting of soundcard.
But we’ll add this issue to our “To Do List”.

- The information about the played video or audio stream is not dipslayed : The type of file or encoding (MP3, DIVX, MPEG, WAV ..etc.) is not displayed when using VMC or 7MC.
When iMEDIAN HD is playing media file, it sends the encoding information of media file to iMON. But for other players iMON don’t know this kind of information. Display encoding information is designed for iMON / iMEDIAN HD.

Regards,
Johnny Hur
