Click YouTube get black color screen

I got a black color screen after the click on YouTube widget. No response by touch screen or restart the FingerUI. At last, I need to disconnect and reconnect it(a few times). Re-execute the FingerUI to get the Home screen on but the situation repeat again once I click on the YouTube widget. How can I get the YouTube widget functioning normally?

Dear asiapac...

Can you see the country list after you click the YouTube widget? If yes, and you cannot see anything after you select the video clip...then can you hear the sound? And can you please try to use YouTube+ module? You just type U2 or Sting...whatever and then can you see the video?

We have similar (no video but sound) situation of Korean user...and he changes some settings of graphic card (vertical refresh etc) and then it works fine. and if you did not update your FingerUI after first installation, please update it.

If you cannot solve the issue, please let us know about your PC settings as like O/S, Graphic Card, Graphic card driver version..etc to solve your issue.
