At DVD-disk loading at already started iMedian HD (the last version) the disk is not advanced.
If to load a disk before start iMedian that iMedian a disk advances and reproduces. At extraction of a disk and attempt to load it again or other disk iMedian writes that the loaded DVD-disks are not present.
In what there can be a problem?
System - WinXP SP2

Dear Simply Sasha,
When iMEDIAN HD is running, it monitors the insertion and removal of ODD disc pops up message. And you can play Data CD and Data DVD in “External Media” menu and Audio CD, DVD Title and VCD in “CD/DVD” menu.
Please try again with other type of media. (Audio CD, Data CD, VCD, DVD Title or Data DVD)

Unfortunately, after the termination of playing both audio CD, and DVD with a film I take them and if I wish to look or listen to other disk I insert the new. And so it also is not read - iMedian it does not see.
Here in it and a problem - he does not wish to see anew loaded disk. If I wish to look new it is necessary me завершеть work iMedian, втавлять a disk and anew to start iMedian.
And at established iMedian windows xp too not поределяет it as lost CD or DVD. At removed iMedian all works normally.

Listening process audio CD or viewing DVD Title looks so - disk installation in a drive, start iMedian, viewing or listening. Then before inserting a new disk, we take the first, we switch off iMedian, we insert new, we include iMedian and only then iMediaN sees a disk. If to break sequence - iMedian does not see a new disk does not see

Dear Simply_Sasha,
I’m sorry for my late reply.
This problem doesn’t happen in our test lab.
And most of users also don’t have this problem.
I think you may have installed the CD/DVD related software and this software is preventing iMEDIAN HD from receiving some messages, the insertion and removal of ODD.
Please check this kind of software and try again after killing its process.
After check it, please let us know the result.

Dear Simply_Sasha,
I think currently iMEDIAN HD can’t receive messages about the insertion and removal of ODD in your system.
If you're not using the latest version, please update to the latest version (7.63.0831).
And if you’re not using the original Windows XP, it may cause this problem.
Please let us know the above things and whether “Auto Play” window is popped up when you insert Audio CD or DVD while iMEDIAN HD is not running.

It is not established yet iMedian - autoplay works. After installation and updating through Internet autoplay ceases to work even at switched off iMedian HD

Dear Simply_Sasha,
I don’t think that the installation of iMON/iMEDIAN HD makes Autoplay disable.
It doesn’t happen in our test system and was not reported from other users.
I think you’re not using the original Windows XP, but tweaked XP.
Please check whether in Explorer CDROM drive is automatically changed when ODD media inserted.
If not, you should enable above feature and Windows’ Autorun/Autoplay.

Johnny Hur
