auto update of imon

I set up the update option to auto update, but when I rerun iMon manager to get new version update, I get nothing for wait a lot of hours. Why? How to get the new version of iMon newer than 0521?

Dear soneo,

When iMON starts, it checks if the update is needed.
And I checked iMON update is working fine. The latest version is 7.62.0721.
Please check the version and update setting in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update and try again.

I have check option, it's auto update. but till now, I can't update to new version. I go to the iMon folder, run update exe file , auto update window popup, but it show the error message, code 27, why? How to fix it? thanks!

Dear soneo,

Exe files for iMON Update should be run by iMON.exe.
Please run iMON again after changing “Update” option to “Update Automatically”.
Then, iMON will run exe files for update.

I have try many times, no effect!

Currently for some OEM products we block the auto update by OEM vendors’ request.
Please let us know FW version and registry value ( “SE” in “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SOUNDGRAPH\iMON” )
You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

I come back my ghost clean vista system version , then install the 0521 version, final get the update. so uninstall the older version is not enough to get new version,must be something will be change too.
