Just a quick question, how would I go about getting a new remote (RM-200) Mine met with unfortunate circumstances involving a toddler and a glass of soda. You do the math.

Do you want to replace your RM-200 remote into new one? Or do you want to purchase new RM-200 remote because you are using RM-100 remote and need to use RM-200?

For RMA, you need to contact the shop you purchased your product.
For purchasing RM-200 remote without receiver hardware, you need to contact ANTEC's customer support team directly.

Yeah, I just need a new rm 200. No rma, no upgrade,nothing special. Mine is fubar and need replacement lol
