How to add iMon PAD remote in iMon manager?

In iMon manager, remote panel, I want to add iMon PAD RC to iMon manager, but when I click add button, the window show 4 iMon RC, but no PAD, I want to know how to choice or select My iMon PAD RC?

Dear soneo,

If “Add New RC” window is popped up and it shows 4 iMON remote when you click add button, your iMON HW is the old model not supporting PAD remote or iMON HW is not connected correctly. Please check it out.

Dear soneo,

Regret to say, currently there is no way to update FW with your iMON HW.
If an old iMON HW and a PAD remote were packed together in iMON OEM product, please contact with the manufacturer and request the replacement.
