Ive been having major problems setting up my new antec veris elite with my windows 7 pc. Im currently using Imon 7.77.1022. Firstly when i boot up my machine I get an error "iMONAUDnldMng has stopped working". Also neither my remote control(RM200) or the front pannel volume control work. The remote seems to work like a mouse on the desktop though. Also the auto uptate feature doesnt work, I get an error 27. As far as i can see my vfd display works fine.
Anyone having simmiler problems and found a fix as I dont want to have to clean install 7.

Dear bghitman01,
“iMONAUDnldMng” issue is added in our “To Do List”. Please disable update till we fix this issue. Select “Don’t check update information” option in iMON Manager. And with next Beta version you can update it. Please wait for a while.
And for remote problem please check if remote selection is RM200and try to press “Reset” button in iMON Manager>Settings>iMON Controller.
And check with version 7.60 from the link below and let me know. Currently some users reported the similar remote problem with the latest version of iMON in Windows 7 64bit with Gigabyte board. It doesn’t happen with version 7.60. And we’re trying to fix it till the next Beta version.

Dear johnny.hur
thanks for your reply. I downloaded and tried 7.60 but after installing imon manager refused to start even with changing the compatibility setting. The other night though my veris started working perfectly(the remote, Front pannel volume etc) but once i restarted the computer it crashed again. I made no hardware or software changes to affect imon. The version i was was using the other night was 7.77. Also i have an asus M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard so the gigabyte problems arnt affecting me.Are any of these problem going to be fixed in the Feb 2 beta. Thanks again

Dear Johny.hur
I downloaded and installed the beta and everything worked fine mfor the first hour or so, till i restarted my pc and was bac to the way it was. my remotye can power the pc on and be used as a mouse on the desktop but thats all, the front volume doesnt work, my vfd screen works fine. I dont know what i could have changed by rebooting my machine. Also the auto update still crashes on startup. Is there any debug mode i can use to show you my system settings which may help you find the problem because clean installing is not an option. This is very frustrating as i bought this product for a reason and at the minute its just a fancy clock on the front of my system. Please respond soon.

Dear brian,
Does the Beta version work well before restarting your system? Then, please run Beta patch file again and check if it works fine till shutdown. And if you’re not using the administrator account, please try with the administrator account.
I think that your system is little bit unstable. Do you have any problem with other application?

Got also several problems in the setup of the Antec Microfusion remote 350 and a Gigabyte MA785GMT-UD2H. At least downgrading to the 7.60 version made my remote (RM100) to be responsive again.
The beta version did not help very much. It even gave me several hangs. Scanning with IR server software it reported repetitive signals, needed to disconnect the device to get Windows 7/64-bit running again.
I'll check if 7.60 is fully correctly working. A shame this version does not yet support XMBC.

Ok I kinda figured out a fix to the problem. It seems to work fine on windows 7 returning from sleep mode. I usualy shut down the computer completely. I cant figure out why it would do this. When i resume sleep in to windows i get a pop up informing me a usb device has malfuntioned and imon works perfectly from then on. Hope this helps anyone having similer problems . And Soundgraph , maybe you can look into this issue and see if a fix is possible for the next release. If you need any system specs or details email me. You can close this thread now. Thanks

Dear lemval,
Please check it with the following test version and let me know the result. Some users said that it was solved with this version. You have to install 7.84.0202 Beta version before overwriting test version.

If possible, please check again after updating main board BIOS and USB driver.

Johnny,
Thanks for an updated version. While the iMon program runs better (I haven't seen any strange behavior) my focus on testing was now the responsiveness on the remote.
So here my findings:
Deinstalled 7.60 and rebooted
Removed all Soundgraph registry entries and content of soundgraph folders
Rebooted
Installed 7.77 1022_01, 7.84 0202
Installed iMON_exe_test_10020301
Rebooted
Configured to use iMon Mini
Tested with RM100. Seems to work fine.
Tested with Harmony 525 (configured to SoundGraph|iMon). Basic stuff works, navigation buttons still on mouse mode.
But then the iMon device keeps on sending the 1252 code. I could not use Windows correctly any more. I had to start IR server (using my keyboard only, mouse interaction was dead) and Debug Client to see which code failed. This software btw was configured for the iMon and ends the iMon.exe when started.
See http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/IRServerSuite?action=show&redirect=help/irss/IRServer_Configuration_Config
I disconnected the iMon USB connection and reconnected it to stop the process and return to normal state.
So I did some tests.
Started IR Server and the Debug Client
Using only the RM100 (in Mini mode) scanning in the debug client,
There I was able to repeat the problem of reissuing IR codes.
I know the remote sends repeats on keeping the button pressed. I was not keeping the button pressed while this occurred.
As you can see below, the remote or receiver tends to receive other codes than meant. The repeating of signals was only evident for the 'Enter' button using the RM100 remote.
See the notes on which signals were send also.
1068 reported (1) on 'Previous track'
1196 reported (1) on 'Next track'
1132 on 'Play'
Abstract (ChannelUp) (1,2) on 'Channel up'
Abstract (ChannelDown) (3) on 'Channel down'
Abstract (OK) on 'Enter', but this one hangs quiet often!!!
1104 on Left
1232 on Right
1168 on Up
1024 on Down
Power (4) on green power button
Power2 on red power button
Notes:
(1) Sometimes also 'Abstract (Left)' sent.
(2) Sometimes also 1094,1030,'Abstract(Up) sent.
(3) Sometimes also 1078,1206,1110,1094,1030 sent.
(4) Sometimes Left, LeftClick, sometimes not responsive at all!
No problems on: Mute, VolumeUp and VolumeDown, Info, Back.
Hope you can fix this problem (too). You can see I did not test iMon.exe itself well.
Thanks for all the effort.

I just ordered parts for a HTPC using an Antec Case that comes with iMedian and an xfx 9300 board. I plan to install Win 7 x64 on it. I'll report back my results.

Dear lemval,
I’m sorry for my late reply.
I think Harmony remote may not emulate RM100/RM200 remote signal well and it sometimes didn’t make button up signal. If possible, try to make your remote emulate MCE remote and select “MCE remote” in iMON Manager>Settings>Remote Controller.
And if you have a problem with IR Server, please check with iMON if the problem happens.

The newest version did the trick, but I switched to MCE remote nevertheless.
Thanks for your reply.
