Problem with LCD on Antec FusionRemote 350

I have this case (Antec FusionRemote 350), I have installed windows 7 32 bits
first, I install the software that came with the CD and it did not work
then I upgraded to iMON/iMEDIAN HD Version 7.77.1022 (Oct. 22, 2009) and still doesnt work

what I mean with that it doesnt work. I mean that nothing appears in the screen
the LCD screen is always light-up but nothing appears in it

Whant can I do?

Dear wasaland,

FW version 0xffffffff means iMON fails to open driver. Please try to connect iMON HW to other USB port including the externals. And open “Device Manager” and check the followings.
1. What kind of device is added when you connect iMON HW to USB port?
2. Does this device work properly in Device Manager without yellow mark.

when you said connect the imon hardware to another usb. do you mean connect to another usb port in the motherboard?
