Hi there, atm i got a stupid problem with my thermaltake dh202 lcd screen. There only seems to be backlight on all the time. Even why I exit windows, and shut it down. The screen goes off. But nothing happens at all. Not even an clock with an weird font. I tried various things, changed back to xp 32bit, changed to windows 7 ultimate. But nothing works. It never shows anything on the display. The remote control however is working very good and i don't have any problems with that. Is there anything that could be wrong?
/// Things i've tried
- Reinstall O/S
- Shutdown with no power and boot up again
- Change the port of the USB, and use it directly on the motherboard with the adapter.

**** SOLVED ****
If you want to do a hard reset of the lcd screen and don't seem to get any results by anything of the above and you are absolutely sure you want to have it on again (and are out of guarantee mayby) you can unplug it in the hardware. Open your case till you get to the lcd screen. There should be 3 plugs, the most left one (or right) is a big white connecter (next to 2 black ones), I unplugged that and replugged while the machine was on (possible same effect as removing power, but this worked). This gave me my LCD screen back. If you installed imon on your computer you should get output immediatle.
I advice not to do this. I have no idea if it could do any harm to your system.

I had the same problem. Just like that the LCD screen went completely blank and reinstalling the drivers didn't work. I'm very glad I could find this, since it fixed the problem for me.
It seems it is only needed to be completely shut off of power. I powered down my Antec MicroFusion and disconnected the LCD via the above mentioned method. Reconnecting it will present you with the backlight on again (shouldn't this be off by default, I wonder...). Powering up the system again resulted in regained life of the LCD screen. Thus no need to do it while the machine is running (while it was still connected to the mains though).
Thanks for the solution!

Mike
