Playing DVD from Hard Drive Problem

Which kind of problem with playback DVD occur? Could you explain more in detail?

I’m having a problem of playing DVD movies from the hard drive.
Can’t use DVD movie menu (selecting chapters, language, Audio, etc). I copy all the files to the disk including folder structure from DVD-ROM. :confused:

However, when I play DVD movie using optical drive I can accesses the DVD menu. How can I fix this problem, please help? I use winXP SP3.

Please update to the latest version, 7.62.0721.
This issue was fixed in 7.62.0630.
