 I have built a HTPC Using silverstone LC16MR, ingeneral it works ok but : The Hotkey buttons on the front of the case do not function 100%

If the volume down buttton is pushed, the volume goes down as it should but windows7 also starts "mycomputer" displaying the diskdrives

If the Volume up button is pushed the volume goes up as it should, no problem.

if the Mute button is pushed it mutes but also starts the internet explorer and windows media player, can anybody help me with this ?

I have the same problem.

I hope somebody from soundgraph can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that the buttons in the front of the Silverstone LC16M case are not made by soundgraph but are made by Silverstone.

Using linux and looking at the output of xev it shows that the volume keys, stop key and play key appear to be generating multiple keypresses.

Dear All,

It seems that the front buttons may be not our product. Please contact with Silverstone.
If the front buttons made by SoundGraph is installed, it doesn’t works without iMON SW and if you open chassis, you may see that button PCB is connected to VFD module.
