I must be missing something. I want to play music from a UNC path. For example:
\\HPSERVER\Music
How do I set this up? When I try to configue Network Library it just say "No Network Library". So how do I configure a network library?
Thank you
Windows 7, 64-bit

I too am having this same problem. I've also tried mapping the network drive to M:\, hoping that iMon HD might find it, but it doesn't. I then tried to rescan the "External Library" but I then get "No External Library".
How can you make this so difficult? I just want to play music, and I cannot figure it out. I'm not totally stupid, but this is truly painful.
UPDATE: I finally found the "Network Media" selection at the top level. I was looking through the Settings section, but you apparently that's not where you set the network media. It's at the top level.

Hello, yes... it is very frustating for something that should be very simple. Here's what I did to fix the problem. I mapped the UNC path to drive M as you mentioned. Then, in iMedianHD go to "Network Media" and it should scan and find the mapped drive. I never got it to work until I mapped a drive to the UNC path.
That being said, the situation around here for support is pathetic. SoundGraph doesn't consider us THEIR customers. THEIR (SoundGraph) customer is the OEM and we are the OEM's customer. I have no idea why Soundgraph even has this user forum because most issues go completely ignored.
I've already contacted Thermaltake and told them how pathetic the support here is and they should reconsider their relationship with Soundgraph as it reflects poorly on Thermaltakes company image. Thermaltake is unable to support Soundgraph's product and Soundgraph simply doesn't give a crap because OEM's keep buying from them. Unless an OEM or two bails I don't think they'll ever wake up and at least try to be responsive to US..... the customers!!!
