Vietnamese on FrontView?

I just bought iMon Ultra Bay but it`s a little bit disappointed because Vietnamese can not show properly on FrontView. (only “?” instead of right character). I changed the font but nothing changes. How can I fix it?

Dear vnvn,

Currently, iMON Manager is a non-Unicode application. Please check the setting value of "Language for non-Unicode programs" in Windows Control Panel > Region and Language Options > [Administrative] tab page. In order to show Vietnamese correctly in non-Unicode application, this setting values should be selected as "Vietnamese".

Please check it first.
