Hello,

i have the problem, that the display (Desktop) on the 4" Tochscreen is not centered.
The Desktop on my HDTV is OK.
When i start the PC everything is allright when showing the Bios information.
After starting Windows 7 the hole display is shifted about 1 cm to the right.
Im using latest ATI drivers and Imon 7.78.1125.
I have already tried autoadjust and LCD reset in Imon and frontfiew, but nothing happened.
The only one Button in the Frontview settings which is working, is the calibration button.

Maybe it is possible to explain the exact function of the following buttons to me?
Auto Adjust: ?
Auto Colour: ?
LCD Reset: ?

Standard monitors have always their own buttons and menu to adjust the screen.
How this will be done at the internal touchscreen of the HTPC case?

Regards

I have the latest Nvidia GEForce driver for a 9500 card. In the Nvidia control panel I found I could add "additional resolutions" and then play with the manual timing settings to center the display.

It was a huge hassle -- the Nvidia driver doesn't directly support resizing and re-centering the display, either. In the manual settings, you need to keep a fixed ratio between the total number of horizontal pixels and the sum of the front porch and the horizontal sync width.

I also accidentally did an auto-adjust of the display color settings through FrontView, and that broke my custom Nvidia settings, which meant I had to go back in and reset them manually.
