I have LCD TV connected as secondary display. How can I make IMEDIAN to start on this secondary display when my PC boots up (Windows XP Professional) without using any 3rd part utilities? Is there any possibility to do so, like it's done in MediaPortal?
If not - could you please put it on your "TO DO" list?

You must start iMedian.
Then you must move the window to the secondary monitor.
- Now iMEDIAN will know where it will be started

to start iMEDIAN with bootup:
In iMEDIAN there is the option "start iMEDIAN with systemstart" or like somethink

I can't tell you the right buttons because i use the german version. But it is possible - I use the same option
