Hi,

I have a ZALMAN case with imon running Window 7 Proffesional 64bit.

iMON firmware ver 0x3415 7" Touch LCD
iMON Manager ver 7.77.1022 (ZALMAN)

I downloaded this version from your site and installed. I have followed instructions trying to install the update.

Right click on systray icon and exit, and restart iMON, I have update option, update automatically, selected.

I have tried to do this on several accounts on the PC including the administrator, no matter what I do it won't update. The PC has constant internet access, with GB ethernet to the router.

I have also uninstalled software and re-installed (I deleted all obvious i-MON regestry keys too before re-installing)

Is there anything else I should try to get the update?

Dear case,

Please run regedit.exe and change “SE” value in “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SOUNDGRAPH\iMON” to “0” and run iMON again. Some OEM products for ZALMAN are not updated automatically by their request. But I think there may be no problem on using the latest version.

I also am not able to get 7.77.1022 to update. I've followed all the steps that case described as well as added the registry key that Johnny Hur mentioned(it didn't exist).

Dear case,

I’m sorry there was some mistake. If you’re using Windows 7 64bit, registry key is “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SOUNDGRAP H”. Please check it again.

Okay, so I found and changed this registry key to "0". Now what? I've restarted iMON, restarted the computer. I see this removed the (ANTEC) from the end of my version string and I assume it removes the (ZALMAN) from the end of case's version string. iMON is set to update automatically, but it still isn't updating, that I can tell.

Automatic updates can be great, but I'd prefer an alternative method of updating when it fails.

Hi all. I also had no luck in getting the iMon manager to update. This was after an upgrade from Vista HP to 7 HP. I also tried cleaning registry and file structure, but to no avail. POnly thing that worked was a clean install.

I am assuming it relates to the upgrade procedure from MS and the fact that iMon display uses a USB port - I have had issues with USB ports on other upgrades from Vista to 7.

Same at my PC. Win7 Ultimate 64bit (Upgrade from Vista). No chance to get the update. Registrykey changed, but no update.

Dear All,

I’m sorry for your inconvenience.

Please check again as follows.
1. Set Update option to “Only inform update” or “Update automatically” in iMON Manager>Option>Version/Update.
2. If you installed ZALMAN version, run “regedit.exe” and change “SE” value to “0” in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SOUNDGRAPH/iMON or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SOUNDGRAPH/iMON.
3. Run iMON again.

If update still doesn’t work, please check if it possible to download and let me know.
http://download.soundgraph.com/path/patch/Beta/iMON_Patch_7_80_1224_Beta.zip

And we’ll release new installation file within 1~2weeks after releasing the official auto update patch scheduled on Feb. 22.

Hi,

I changed the registry and set the update option to “Only inform update” and “Update automatically” both after each other (and restarted PC).

No update.

Downloading and starting the patch get the information, that I have to update 7.78.1125 before starting patch.

So no update possible.
