Hello,

i am using the imon software 760 and either my display or the pad won´t work properly under windows xp sp3.
I tried out the 760 and 777 software release of your product. The strange thing is that when i am shutting down the computer the display is illuminated and there stands Welcome to imon home theatre.

The Firmware of my display is 0x80
Any suggestions ?

I already uninstalled the software and pulled the power plug, after that the display worked for 1 hour but know only the pad is working properly. Do you have instructions or a tutorial how to install and configure your software ? My goal is a fully functional display and pad working with mediaportal 1.01

Hardware:

gigabyte p35 ds3 newest bios firmware newest drivers installed
ATI 2600xt pcie with catalyst 9.4
mediaportal 101 beta

Thanks in advance

Dear goofy84,

Did you try version 7.60.0521 without automatic update? A few users reported that IR does not working properly after upgrading after 7.60.0521. Before proceeding more, we'd like to know it's the same problem with one they reported or not. Could please check with installation 7.60.0522 without automatic update? (Before installation of 7.60.0521, please disconnect the network connection.)

Thanks a lot,

Hello,

i noticed one thing. In the imon software the button "display on" does not remain enabled. If i klick it, the display is working. After a reboot it is disabled, so i have always to turn it on manually.

Does this problem occur both on 7.60 and 7.77?
After making this value on, does IR work also?

Thanks a lot,
