So I explain my disapointement. I have bought a chassis thermaltake Mozart IP, install the software then the module but I think my iMON PAD is not recognize. I can turn on my computer with the remote and use it as a mouse but all the button are not recognize by iMON manager.

My system is under vista 64 service pack 2. And the widget iMON is blue. I don't know if these information can help...

Thank for your help.

Dear loic,

If iMON Desktop Indicator (widget) is blue, it means the iMON driver working correctly and it means USB cable connection is correct. And if the power button can turn on the PC, power related cables are connected without problem.

There're three different drivers loading when iMON hardware works; HID keyboard, HID mouse and HID compliant device.

1) The mouse cursor movement is done by HID mouse driver when you push center thumb PAD button.
2) The keyboard driver works when numeric buttons (0 ~ 9) are pushed.
3) The HID driver works when other buttons on remote are pushed.

For 1) above, it already works correctly you said.
For 2) above, please check that the numeric characters can be typed by the numeric buttons on th remote, when Notepad runs foreground.
For 3) above, please check the system volume is adjusted by the volume+/- buttons on the remote.

Thanks a lot,
