IMON H/W is disconnected

Hello,

Suddenly, after months of working fine, my IMON Manager stopped working with this message in sys tray icon "IMON H/W is disconnected".

Also, Frontview, which I had disconnected and always competely off, started to be lighted. Still blank, but always lighted.

I did everything I could and have seen in forums: uninstall, cleared files and registry, shutdown, unplug, reinstall. Nothing. Now I can't even add my remote PAD, as it does not show in the add list. It was working fine before, though.

Tried also EnableDisableiMON.exe, but it disables always, never enables.

My system is:

Windows 7 RC1 build 7100
IMON Manager 7.78.1125
IMON F/W 0xffffffff

Forgot to mention that the Power button works fine... It's the only one.

Was the usb wire. The single one from the motherboard to lcd panel. Try to connect lcd panel to an external usb. Hope this will help you.

Dear All,

I think that there might be a problem on USB controller, USB cable or USB port. First of all, please remove iMON HW from USB port and connect it again. And try to connect to other USB ports including external USB port. If possible, connect it to other system and check if iMON HW has no problem.

you're right, by some reason, the cable got disconnected. i really thought it was a s/w thing.
