Hi All,
I have the imedian button configured to start windows media center, and had it working great, but now it stopped working. (To the best of my knowledge I did not change anything that could result in the button not working. I could do a system restore from a couple of days ago, but I really want to know what is causing this)
If I press this button, all I see is "System command", "Quick launch", but it does not start windows media center.
I tried removing windows media center from the application launcher, and adding it again, but that didn't help.
Is there anything else that I can try?

Dear doskabouter,
Please check the following things.
1) In iMON Manager > iMON Utilities > Application Launcher, we said you removed Windows Media Center and added it again. Did you select the Radio Button on the Windows Media Center?
2) If you push the "App. Launcher" button on the remote, you might see the application Launcher. After moving the focus to on Widows Media Center and please Enter it. With this application launcher, is Windows Media Center launched?
3) Even with trying application launcher Windows Media Center is not launched, please check the Windows Task Manager. In the process list, does ehome.exe shown as process?
Thanks and best regards,

1) Yes, Windows media center is selected with the radio button
2) Yes, it starts correctly.
I have the default command for the imedian button in mediacenter (Go Main) in settings/program command.
When I press TV on my remote then media center starts correctly and shows the live tv, and all other functions (videos/pictures/dvd) work also fine.
So I don't understand why the iMedian button does nothing (except showing "not defined command")
I also tried removing the function "Go Main" in the program command, and adding it again, but this didn't help

Dear doskabouter,
Hmm.. Only the iMEDIAN button does not work. When you pushed this button, it shows 'not defined command'.
Did you check the function "Quick launch button" in iMON Manager > Settings > Windows Command page is mapped with "Quick Launch" button correctly?
If the button does not work though this setting is correctly assigned, the IR signal come from the remote can be distorted by some reasons, for example, low battery charge. If in this case, please replace the batteries into new one.
Thanks and best regards,
