Dear Customer,

I am not sure which type of our ODM/OEM products you have but you can get the information of installation about the connection of wire from the following URL. This is guide for our retail product but the basic is same, so you can check your case integrated iMON ODM/OEM product connection carefully.

Thanks a lot...

Hi ,
Thanks for your reply.
I still can't turn iMon on , it remains yellow no matter what i do.
I am running windows 7 ultimate , in a thermaltake DH 102 box.
Intel i5 etc etc.
I downloaded the latest software and still have no joy.
Also when i am in settings and have to pick my remote it doesn't appear in the choices .
I get the screen saver on my computer case screen.
All the wiring is right , i have spoken with the comp case company .
I am at a loss with what to do ??????????????????????
What can i do to solve this frustrating problem ????

Cheers

Peter

Dear nizmoboy,

If the iMON indicator on Desktop shows yellow color, it means driver is not working correctly. Currently, iMON is using Windows native HID driver, there's less possibility to fail to install driver and it looks there's something missing in cable connection. Please check the instruction at the link DK said, especially step 5 to 7. And you could try to use other USB port including external USB port.

Thanks a lot,

Hi Guys ,
Thanks for your advice , all working fine now.
You were both right , it was a problem with the internal USB cable not being plugged in !
Very happy now , it is an amazing software and hardware package !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Again
Peter
