VFD display different if user logged on or shutdown/login screen

Hi all,

I have set up my VFD to only display date and city info.
Being in Europe, I don't want to see the date/time format as a 12h + AM/PM but as a 24h format and date as DD/MM/YYYY.

Everything is working fine when you have tuned the iMON Manager / Frontview settings and when a user is logged on.

However, if I shutdown the PC or if I let it on the login screen page, the time format is back to 12h...

Is there a way to change the default settings of the VFD device or to force it to display what I want?

Dear azulito,

After logging-in and when iMON Manager is running, all data displayed through VFD is generated from iMON Manager software. And so we could modify. However, when PC is in S3, S4 or S5, or in S1 before log-in, the display is generated by firmware side. And iMON VFD device does not support firmware update. It means there's no way to do that.
