iMon Manager ver. 7.77.1022
iMon Firmware ver. 0x380208
Antec Fusion Remote Black w/OEM iMon stuff
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-G41M-ES2H LGA 775 Intel G41 HDMI
Intel G41 Express Chipset Driver 8.15.10.1986
EQ Source is HDMI device Intel High Definition Audio
Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard.
Using onboard High Definition Audio and HDMI.

*Forgot to mention Windows 7 32 bit

I am not able to get the cursor to move any faster than a snails pace across the desktop. Remote thumbpad is not usable at this speed. I did change speed to maximum in iMon Manager settings. Logitech wireless mouse works fine. EQ was working for music and Blu-Ray Disc, but I completely uninstalled iMon software and hardware, then reinstalled to try to get cursor to move faster. Then the EQ stopped displaying. EQ will not display for music, Blu-Ray Disc or anything.

1. Cursor speed too slow to be usable.
2. EQ does not display.

Trying to get this OEM product set up has been a nightmare. And this stupid tags box on the submission form says that I can't create tags, but it does not indicate what tags are available. I'm sure that's why most of my searches of the forum don't turn up much.

Dear SuperNinjaDeathForce,

I’m sorry for my late reply.

First of all, please try to press every rounded corner of PAD button several times with enough strength. Sometimes it makes PAD button work more smoothly. But if the problem continues, contact with the shop you bought iMON and request the replacement.

And for EQ problem, check if the output device is set as “EQ Source” in iMON Manager>iMON Utilities>FrontView>Graphic Equalizer.

As I indicated in my original post, the EQ Source is HDMI device Intel High Definition Audio. I also tried every other EQ source available.

The way I got the EQ display to work was to check all three of the EQ display options, including "All system sounds". The EQ display is now working again, but the display stays on when the system goes into sleep mode now and sometimes the system won't even go into sleep mode. I looked in the forums and see this is a problem too.

As far as the remote is concerned. I tried mashing the thumb pad with a lot of force. It works a sort of, but still not exceptable. Definitely not something your average person could use.

Since this is an OEM product in an Antec case, who should I contact for a replacement? Antec or the store I bought it from? I need to know ASAP. This system is supposed to be finished this weekend for a client.

BTW, unless something improves dramatically, I don't think I will choose iMon for my next HTPC build. :(

It's a simple question. Do I get a replacement remote from Antec or from Newegg.com where I purchased the Antec case with the OEM iMon display/remote?

Dear SuperNinjaDeathForce,

I’m sorry for my late reply.

Please contact with ANTEC and request the replacement. And if you check “All System Sound” option, iMON always records system and checks that there is a sound to display graphic EQ. It prevents your system from entering sleep mode automatically. And if “All System Sound” option is unchecked, iMON can display graphic EQ when iMEDIAN HD, Media Center, Winamp or iTunes plays media file.
