VFD don’t work in Win 7 64 bit Pro

I had been using your VFD software/driver that came with the Antec Fusion 430 v2 case with MS Vista 32 bit for more than 6 months without any problems. However, when I upgraded to Win 7 64 bit, the VFD just don’t load anymore and I can’t get it to work.

Please advise if that any solution to this problem?

I’m sorry for my late reply.

In order to solve this problem, we need more information. Please let me know the followings.
1. Does the remote work?
2. Which color of ring is shown in Indicator, blue or yellow?
3. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

I have the same Antec Fusion Black 430 Veris V2 running Win 7 (64Bit) Home Premium Fireware version 0ax1.
My remote functions properly and my display is illuminated, with characters displayed. But it does not function. I have the latest version iMon installed, along with the update 7.90.0929. The display did work fine in Vista 32 bit. and I am almost sure it worked in Win 7, before I reinstalled the OS, just not 100% sure if it was 64 0r 32 bit version. I have tried dozens of SW installation procedures but always the same results. I looked for a ring colour but could not determine exactly what that meant. Please help! The software supplied was the VFD version. and I am still really not sure what version of the display I have?

I completely removed all soundgraph and Antec software including registry keys. Disconnected USB and power to display, then reinstalled the latest iMon software and patch. When I rebooted I reconnected the USB and power and everything works perfectly. Don't really know how many of these exact steps are required, but I tried many variations of this and nothing would get my display showing any information.
