Problem with Silverstone LC18 case and IMON

Hi all,

I have a Silverstone LC18 case with a 7" touchscreen. I'm trying to install Imedian HD and IMON manager. But if I start the program it says " no receiver found" What does that mean?

I want that software because you can scroll, browse files with your finger on the touchscreen. Cases like Thermaltake and Zalman uses IMON. But mine doesn't work?
Also frontview doesn't work for me?

Is there a solution to get IMON/Imedian working for my case?It's really great software

Frontview player and Imon are 2 things that I really want on my pc and that's why I bought a case with 7" touchscreen. Now it doesn't work.
Can anyone provide me the software that is included with Zalman 160XT plus or with a Thermaltake DH102. Maybe that works?

Please check the all cable connections for iMON HW and connect to other USB ports.
If it still happens, open Device Manager, check the new connected device when you connect iMON HW to USB port and let me know the result.

And the software (iMON) for Silverstone LC18, Zalman 160XT plus and Thermaltake DH102 is the same version.
iMON can support all SoundGraph product using the remote.

I've checked all the cables. But I figured out that de Silverstone LC18 doen't use a Soundgraph touchscreen anymore. I've contacted Silverstone and they said only the old models uses the Soundgraph monitors. So I think for now its not possible to use Imon.

I think i've found a solution for it. If I buy the Imon Inside, I think I will be able to use Imon. But I don't know if Frontview will work also on my touchscreen?

Dear M3 SMGII,

We’ll open on-line shop at our website within this year and you may buy iMON Inside at this shop.

And with iMON Inside you can use iMON but Touch LCD FrontView will not be launched. Touch LCD FrontView only works with our Touch LCD model. iMON HW mounted on LC18 case is the specific model and it is different with iMON Inside.

Very sad that Touch LCD frontview will not work on my case :'(
