Broken link to downloads

Hi everyone, I have the Thermaltake DH101 HTPC case, and I'm having the device disconnect problem in some of my games, as detailed here:

However, when I try to download the fix, I get a 404 error. Does anyone have the updated EnableDisableImon x64 files they could send me? Thanks!
